Energy Psychology focuses on interventions that address the human vibrational matrix of three major interacting systems including energy pathways, energy centers and energy systems. Knowledge of the energy system is more than 5,000 years old, but we use the term Energy Psychology to treat a” range of psychological and spiritual issues, from phobias, trauma and limiting beliefs, to peak performance and creativity.” Feinstein
Through a wide range of methods, Energy Coaches work with clients to help them rebalance their energy system. This energy system is also referred to as the human vibrational matrix. This vibational matrix may include over a half dozen inter-related systems, the most well-known of which are:
* the layers of the electromagnetic biofield, that envelop the body
* the chakras (centers of concentrated bioenergy)
* the meridians (pathways through which electromagnetic information flows through the body, along with access points referred to in traditional Chinese medicine as acupoints)
